Beton Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. was founded in Malaysia in 2008 and has been active in the supply of construction chemicals to the concrete industry especially concrete admixtures and other cement replacement materials since 2008. Today the Company works both with local and international ready-mixed and precast companies.

Concrete chemistry has advanced rapidly over the past 20 years. Modern concrete admixture formulations rely on increasingly advanced and specialized raw materials, yielding products tailored to very specific construction method and concrete production circumstances.

Beton Chemicals has been developing innovative system solutions for the optimization of fresh and hardened concrete’s characteristics in the production of precast concrete elements.

In addition to its high-performance superplasticizers and additives for special requirements, Beton Chemicals supplemented by a wide range of Cement Replacement products, curing agents and high-performance mortar additives for modern precast concrete production. Betonchem 100S

Superplasticising, high range water reducing admixture

Betonchem 100S is a ready to use concrete admixture based on modified Naphthalene Formaldehyde Sulphonate. Betonchem 100S can be used for strength enhancement and to produce flow concrete.

Betonchem 100S complies with BS 5075 Part 3 : 1983 and ASTM C 494 Type A & F concrete admixtures

Betonchem 100S admixture provides following special qualities in concrete production.

Increases the workability without adding additional water
Improves concrete density and produce uniformed concrete
High-range water reduction allows to produce high early strength concrete

Betonchem 200RS

Retarding/Superplasticising, concrete admixture

Betonchem 200RS is a ready to use concrete admixture based on modified naphalene sulphonates in aqueous solution. Betonchem 200RS is a retarding and high range water reducing admixture and can be used to extend workability and setting time of concrete.

Betonchem 200RS complies with BS 5075 Part 1 : 1982 and ASTM C494 Type B, D & G concrete admixtures

Betonchem 200RS admixture provides following special qualities in concrete production.

Increases the workability without adding additional water
Extended retardation to allow sufficient time for delivery and placement of concrete for ready-mixed concrete

Betonchem 400RP

Retadring/Superplasticising concrete admixture

Betonchem 400RP is a ready to use concrete admixture based on modified ligno sulphonates in aqueous solution. Betonchem 400RP is a retarding and water reducing admixture and can be used to extend workability and setting time of concrete.

Betonchem 400RP complies with BS 5075 Part 1 : 1982 and ASTM C494 Type B & D concrete admixtures

Betoncflow 800PC

High performance superplastisicing admixture

Betonflow 800PC is a ready to use concrete admixture based on polycarboxylate chemistry. Betonflow 800PC can be used for early strength enhancement and to produce high performance concrete.

Betonflow 800PC complies with EN 934-2 and ASTM C 494 Type A & F concrete admixtures

Betonflow 800PC admixture provides following special qualities in concrete production.

Very high workability without bleeding and segregation
Produces high strength concrete
Ultra high water reduction allows to produce high early strength concrete

Betonchem 900WP

Integral concrete waterproofing admixture

Betonchem 900WP is a chloride free integral waterproofing admixture in aqueous solution. Betonchem 900WP acts as plasticizer and effective waterproofing agent. Plasticisers in Betonchem 900WP improve the effectiveness of water in the concrete and enabling desired levels of workability to be obtained with lower water contents. This produces a mix with a reduced water:cement ratio and therefore reduced permeability.

Betonchem 900WP complies with ASTM C494 Type A

Betonchem 900WP admixture provides following special qualities in concrete production.

Increases the workability without adding additional water thus reducing permeability
Extends workability to allow sufficient time for delivery and placement of concrete
Produce uniform concrete without risk of segregation
Provides integral protection, ensuring reduced permeability throughout the concrete matrix

Betonchem SA 40L

High performance, alkali-free, liquid aceelerator for shotcrete

Betonchem SA 40-L is an alkali-free, high performance liquid accelerator, commonly used in wet shotcrete for production of shotcrete with rapid setting times and high early strength development. The use of Betonchem SA 40-L allows shotcrete to be applied in thick layers in one single spraying. Concrete with Betonchem SA 40-L adheres better to substrates on which it is applied.
